MLO Prep Lab is an independent educational exam-preparation platform that provides practice questions, answer explanations, exam simulations, and performance tracking tools designed to help users prepare for the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) exam.
3. Educational Purpose Only
All content on the Platform is provided for educational and study purposes only. Practice questions are not represented as actual questions from the official NMLS exam. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NMLS, the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, or any government agency.
4. No Guarantee of Results
MLO Prep Lab does not guarantee that any user will pass the SAFE MLO exam or any other examination. Exam performance depends on many factors, including individual preparation, understanding, study habits, and performance on exam day. The Platform is a supplemental educational resource and should not be relied upon as the sole means of exam preparation.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, reproducing or distributing Platform content without permission, attempting to bypass access restrictions or payment requirements, or interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including practice questions, explanations, design, and software, is the property of MLO Prep Lab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without authorization.
8. Payment Terms
Paid access plans (30-Day Full Access and 90-Day Full Access) are offered as one-time purchases for a fixed access period. Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or raw payment credentials. Access begins upon successful payment confirmation and expires at the end of the selected access period. No automatic renewal occurs unless a recurring plan is explicitly introduced and clearly disclosed.
9. Fixed Access Periods
Paid access plans provide access for a fixed duration (30 or 90 days) from the date access begins. When access expires, your account reverts to Free plan restrictions. Your study history, results, bookmarks, and performance data are preserved. You may purchase another access period at any time to reactivate premium features.
10. Refund Policy

11. Account Termination
