Frequently Asked Questions
Can I apply before I am licensed?▾
Yes. The "Working Toward My MLO License" path is designed for people who are still preparing for the SAFE exam. Applying simply starts a conversation about your goals — it does not obligate you to anything.
Is MLO Prep Lab free just for applying?▾
No. Submitting an application, booking a conversation, or receiving application approval does not activate free access. Sponsored access begins only after you formally join the team and an authorized administrator activates your sponsorship.
Does the team cover my SAFE exam fee?▾
Yes. Once you interview successfully and are hired onto the team, we cover your SAFE exam fees in addition to reimbursing the cost of your MLO Prep Lab access. Both are contingent on completing the interview process and getting hired.
When does sponsored access begin?▾
Only after confirmed team membership and sponsorship activation by an authorized administrator. Until then, your access stays exactly what it is today.
What access is included, and for how long?▾
The covered plan and duration depend on the sponsorship set up for you, and both are confirmed before activation. A sponsorship lasts either for a fixed period chosen at activation, or for as long as you remain an active team member.
What if I already pay for MLO Prep Lab?▾
Nothing is lost. Sponsorship is an additional entitlement that layers on top of your existing access — your subscription record and study progress are untouched. When a sponsorship ends, any remaining time on a plan you purchased still applies.
What happens if I leave the team?▾
Your account, study progress, and results are always preserved. When a sponsorship ends, your access is recalculated from any remaining valid subscription or the free plan, and you can choose a paid plan anytime. Nothing is deleted, and billing is never restarted without your authorization.

Yes. The licensed MLO path is focused on Central Florida, where the team operates and builds its relationships.
